The Role:

We are looking for a dedicated Back Office/Call Center Employee to approach leads from events and online campaigns, explore their interest in investing in Dubai, and schedule appointments with our sales consultants.

Your responsibilities:

Call leads and follow a call script.
Explore leads' interests and provide general information about investing in Dubai.
Schedule appointments with customers both at the office and via video call and events.
Update CRM system with information obtained.
Performing administrative tasks such as managing data and preparing documents.

What we are looking for:

Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
Experience in a call center or similar environment is a plus.
Accuracy and organizational skills for administrative tasks.
Enthusiasm and interest in the real estate market, specifically in Dubai.

What we offer:

Salary between €2000 and €2500 per month depending on experience.
Payment during training at the office.
Intensive training to answer all questions about investing in Dubai.
A dynamic and professional work environment.
