The Role:

As PR & Social Media Marketing Manager at Dubai-Property.nl, you will be the strategic driver of our brand positioning in Dubai's luxury real estate market. You will develop and lead thoughtful marketing strategies that reinforce our authority as the premier real estate partner for Dutch-speaking investors - both online through social media, SEO and campaigns, and offline through events and branding. At our dynamic and innovative company, recognized as a Top 3 international real estate agent in Dubai, you will connect discerning clients with the most exclusive residential real estate projects in the vibrant heart of Dubai.

Your responsibilities:

As a PR & Social Media Marketing Associate at Dubai-Property.co.uk, you will be the driving force behind our online presence and lead generation:

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns through social media, Google Ads, our website and offline channels (such as billboards)
  • Optimizing SEO and SEA to increase our online findability
  • Creating content that connects with our target audience
  • Analyze campaign performance and make adjustments as needed
  • Drafting a clear marketing plan with measurable results

What we are looking for:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar marketing role
  • Demonstrated experience leading and collaborating within marketing teams
  • Thorough knowledge of SEO, SEA and various marketing channels
  • Hands-on mentality and ability to work independently
  • Eye for detail and accuracy in execution
