We are growing explosively. Our marketing machine is running at full speed and the leads are pouring in. At the moment, there is only one bottleneck preventing us from growing even faster: finding enough A-players. That is why we are not looking for a standard 'HR employee' who posts vacancies and waits. We are looking for a Star Recruiter. A hunter. Someone who understands that recruitment is a top-level sport and who has the drive to build the best sales team in the Netherlands. Your Mission You will be the gatekeeper and the driving force behind our organization. Your goal is crystal clear: to ensure that our Consultant Academy is continuously filled with top talent. You will have full ownership of the recruitment process, from actively 'hunting' for talent to the new colleague's first day at work.

Your responsibilities:

Hunt & Build: You actively hunt on LinkedIn and within your network for top salespeople who are ready for the next step. No "post & pray," but "hunt & close."
Gatekeeper: You conduct the initial interviews, effortlessly see through smooth talk, and ruthlessly select candidates based on mindset and commitment.
Process Owner: You manage our applicant funnel in Notion. You ensure speed, tight follow-up, and a great candidate experience.
Onboarding Director: You ensure that the administrative process runs smoothly, from contracts to preparing the 'welcome package'.
Employer Branding: Together with marketing, you will put Dubai-Property.nl on the map as the employer of choice for ambitious sales professionals.

What we are looking for:

You are a commercial animal with a heart for recruitment. You probably come from the agency world or are a corporate recruiter who wants to trade the sluggishness of large companies for pure action and impact.

Strict Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience in (agency) recruitment, with a proven track record in recruiting sales profiles.
HBO working and thinking level.
Fluent Dutch & English (mandatory requirement).
Available for 32-40 hours per week (preferably full-time) and at least 2 days at the office in Rotterdam.

Commercial mindset: You are entrepreneurial, direct, and results-oriented.
High energy, presentable, and verbally strong.
Digital skills (experience with Notion/ATS is an advantage).
