The Role:
The role: We are looking for an ambitious and energetic real estate consultant to join our team. At Dubai-Property.nl, you get the best of both worlds: a flying start and unlimited entrepreneurship. Based in the Netherlands (with the option to work from Dubai), you will be the linchpin for our investors. Whereas other agencies often leave you to your own devices, we provide a steady stream of leads through our marketing machine. Your job is to follow up on these professionally and close the deals. But it doesn't stop there. We are looking for winners who want more. That's why we greatly encourage and reward initiative. In addition to the leads you receive from us, you will actively build your own network and generate your own leads. Why? Because you earn a higher commission percentage on your own leads. To support you in this, you will attend our exclusive Dubai Property Academy (worth €20,000) for the first four months. Here, we will train you to become a real estate professional and teach you the ins and outs of both sales and acquisition.
Your responsibilities:
- Company Leads Closen: Direct and professional follow-up of the warm leads and appointments that our marketing team and back office deliver to you every day.
- Building Your Own Network (Hunting): Proactively searching for and attracting new investors through your own channels and networking events for maximum commission.
- Relationship management: Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with your customer portfolio.
- Strategic Advice: Conducting sales conversations, giving presentations, and guiding customers toward the right investment.
- Negotiating & Closing: Conducting negotiations and successfully closing deals.
- Market knowledge: Continuously monitoring the latest trends and launches in the Dubai real estate market.
- Switching: Communicate closely with our support team in Dubai for local updates and administrative processing.
What we are looking for:
- A driven, proactive attitude with a strong 'winner's mentality'.
- You are willing to become a Closer (you can close deals) and a Hunter (you see opportunities everywhere).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- You can work independently and take responsibility for your own success.
- Language skills: Fluency in English is a strict requirement; other languages are a plus.
- Willingness to learn and work with CRM systems and digital sales tools is an advantage.
- Flexibility to travel to Dubai if necessary.
- Availability: You will be present at our office in Rotterdam at least 2 days a week for training, meetings, and team energy.
