The Role:

Become part of our dynamic team at Dubai-Property.co.uk, help organize and promote events, manage administrative tasks and contribute to our online growth. With good performance, there is the possibility of advancement to our sales team.

Your responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and promotion of events.
Manage administrative tasks.
Contribute to online growth initiatives.
Assist in the organization and execution of events at venues such as Waldorf Astoria in Amsterdam and Chateau St. Gerlach in Maastricht.
Participate in prominent trade shows such as the Master Expo in Amsterdam and the Cannes Film Festival.

What we are looking for:

Excellent social and communication skills.
Efficient in managing ad hoc tasks and priorities.
Knowledge of or willingness to quickly learn AI/ChatGPT tools.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and attention to detail.
Proactive in calendar and time management.
Flexible in working hours and willing to work weekends during events.
Preferably living in South Holland.
