Day 1
Arrival in Dubai, check-in, welcome dinner.
After your arrival in Dubai, you will be welcomed with a personal transfer to the luxury hotel. After check-in, you will have time to relax before we enjoy an exclusive welcome dinner together. Here you will meet the other investors and our expert team, in an atmospheric setting overlooking the skyline.
Day 2
Masterclass & Developers
The day starts with a master class from our real estate and tax experts where you will gain insight into the unique opportunities that Dubai offers. We will then visit prominent developers such as DAMAC and Ellington, where you will be given tours of leading projects and have the opportunity to engage directly with the developers themselves.
Day 3
Project Visits & Networking
Today you will discover projects by Sobha, Samana, Nakheel and others. You will get exclusive presentations, visit model homes and experience the sites on site. During the joint lunch there will be room to exchange experiences and ask your questions directly to the experts and developers.
Day 4
Reflection & Departure
On the final day, we will take time to discuss the insights gained together during a private session. You will receive personal guidance to explore your investment options. After a leisurely breakfast and free morning, you will be transferred to the airport for your return flight to the Netherlands.
