These terms and conditions apply to all services and products offered by Dubai-Property.co.uk. By using our website or our services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our website or purchasing services.

Article 1 - Definitions
Company data
Dubai-Property.nl: Four Reasons Property B.V., trading as Dubai-Property.nl, having its registered office at Berkel en Rodenrijs.
Customer: any (legal) person who purchases a product or service through Dubai-Property.nl.
Contractor: any (legal) person who performs work for or on behalf of Dubai-Property.nl, including sales agents, regardless of whether the agreement is entered into in writing or orally.
Agreement means any written or oral agreement between Dubai-Property.co.uk and Customer or Contractor.
Confidential Information means any information designated by Dubai-Property.com as confidential or the nature or content of which should reasonably be considered confidential.
Article 2 - Applicability.
2.1. These general terms and conditions apply to all Dubai-Property.com agreements, both with Clients and Contractors, whether entered into in writing or orally.
2.2. As soon as a Customer purchases a product or service, or as soon as a Contractor begins work, he is deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
2.3. Deviations from these terms and conditions are valid only if agreed in writing.
Article 3 - Obligations of the Customer
3.1. Customers are required to provide accurate and complete information necessary for the execution of the agreement.
3.2. Use of the Dubai-Property.com website and services is at your own expense and risk.
3.3. Payments must be made promptly and in full in accordance with the agreed payment terms.
3.4. Dubai-Property.com is entitled to refuse or terminate services if a Customer violates laws and regulations or these Terms and Conditions.
Article 4 - Confidentiality (for Clients and Contractors).
4.1. Clients and Contractors are obliged to maintain strict confidentiality of all Confidential Information received in the context of their cooperation with Dubai-Property.com.
4.2. This obligation applies both during the cooperation and after its termination.
4.3. If this duty of confidentiality is breached, the breaching party shall owe an immediately payable fine of €5,000 per breach, plus €1,000 for each day the breach continues, without prejudice to Dubai-Property.nl's right to full damages.
Article 5 - Competition and relationship clause (Contractors only)
5.1. The Contractor is prohibited, without the prior written consent of Dubai-Property.co.uk during the cooperation and a period of 12 months after its termination:
5.1.a. engage in directly or indirectly competitive activities, paid or unpaid;
5.2.b. solicit or serve customers or relations of Dubai-Property.co.uk on its own or others' behalf;
5.3.c. establish collaborations with developers in Dubai.
5.2. Relationships include all customers, prospects and cooperation partners with whom Dubai-Property.nl had contact or maintained business relations in the 12 months preceding the end of the cooperation.
Article 6 - Penalty clause (Contractors only).
6.1. For violation of the confidentiality clause, competition clause or relation clause, the Contractor shall owe an immediately payable fine of €10,000 per violation, increased by €1,000 for each day that the violation continues.
6.2. This penalty is without prejudice to Dubai-Property.nl's right to claim full damages and demand performance.
Article 7 - Liability and indemnification
7.1. Dubai-Property.co.uk shall not be liable for indirect damages, consequential damages or lost profits, except for intent or gross negligence.
7.2. Customers and Contractors shall indemnify Dubai-Property.co.uk against third-party claims related to the Customer's or Contractor's failure to fulfill its obligations under the Agreement.
Article 8 - Intellectual property rights
8.1. All content, training, materials, software and documentation provided by Dubai-Property.nl shall remain the property of Dubai-Property.nl.
8.2. Use thereof is limited to the duration of the cooperation and only for the agreed purpose.
8.3. Upon termination of the collaboration, all rights of use shall expire and Contractor and Client shall be prohibited from further use or distribution of these materials.
Article 9 - Termination
9.1. Either party may terminate the agreement subject to the agreed notice period or, failing that, a reasonable period of notice.
9.2. Upon termination, confidentiality, competition and relationship clauses shall remain in full force and effect.
Article 10 - Applicable law and competent court
10.1. These general terms and conditions and all agreements are governed exclusively by Dutch law.
10.2. Disputes shall be submitted exclusively to the competent court in the district of Rotterdam.
