Article 1 - Participation & acceptance

‍1.1. Participation in the trip is possible only after full payment and acceptance of these terms and conditions.

1.2. Participant confirms that he/she is at least 18 years old and holds a valid passport.

1.3. Passport must be valid for at least 6 months upon departure.

Article 2 - Non-transferability.

‍2.1. Booking and participation are personal and non-transferable to third parties.

2.2. Any changes in names or data are the responsibility of the participant.

2.3. Additional costs resulting from errors or spelling mistakes in data entry will be borne entirely by the participant.

Article 3 - Insurance

‍3.1. Each participant is obliged to take out their own valid travel insurance and cancellation insurance.

3.2. The organization is not liable for damage, loss, theft, delays or cancellations that should be covered by insurance.

Article 4 - Liability

‍4.1. Dubai-Property.com and its partners shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage, loss, injury or consequential loss arising during or as a result of the trip.

4.2. Participation is entirely at the participant's own risk.

Article 5 - Health and medical fitness

‍5.1. Participants are responsible for their own medical fitness to make the trip.

5.2. Obtaining any medical certificates, vaccinations or other health documents is the responsibility of the participant.

5.3. The organization cannot be held liable for problems arising from not having required medical certificates or vaccinations.

Article 6 - Force majeure

‍6.1. In case of force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, overbooking, war situations, epidemics, delays or decisions of governments), the trip may be cancelled or modified in whole or in part.

6.2. In such a case, the organization shall not be liable for compensation for damages or consequential losses.

Article 7 - Changes in program

‍7.1. The organization reserves the right to change the program, schedule, hotels, flights or parts of the trip if circumstances make it necessary.

7.2. Any changes will not entitle you to a refund.

Article 8 - Discount codes and promotions

‍8.1. Any discount codes are non-transferable and may be invalidated by the organization if abuse is suspected.

8.2. Discounts cannot be combined unless specifically stated.

Article 9 - Cancellation by participant

‍9.1. Cancellation of participation by the participant does not entitle the participant to a refund of the trip fee.

9.2. If cancellation is covered by the participant's own cancellation insurance, participant should claim it directly from the insurer.

Article 10 - Minimum number of participants and cancellation by the organization

‍10.1. The organization reserves the right to cancel a trip if the minimum number of 8 participants is not achieved.

10.2. In case of cancellation by the organization pursuant to paragraph 1, the participant will receive a full refund of the travel sum paid by him/her, unless the cause of the cancellation is a circumstance that should reasonably have been covered by the participant's own travel or cancellation insurance.

10.3. Under no circumstances shall the participant be entitled to additional (damage) compensation due to a cancellation under this Article.

Article 11 - Marketing and visual material

‍11.1. Photos and videos may be taken during the trip for marketing and promotional purposes of Dubai-Property.com.

11.2. By participating in the trip, the participant grants permission for the use of this visual material.

11.3. If the participant objects, prior written notice must be given.

Article 12 - Written confirmation

‍12.1. All agreements, commitments or modifications shall only be binding if confirmed in writing by the organization.

12.2. Verbal agreements are not binding.

Article 13 - Applicable law and disputes.

‍13.1. These terms and conditions are exclusively governed by Dutch law.

13.2. Disputes arising from participation will be submitted exclusively to the competent court in the Netherlands.
