The Role:

Become part of our dynamic team at Dubai-Property.nl, help organize and promote events, manage administrative tasks, and contribute to our online growth. Strong performers will have the opportunity to advance to our sales team.

Your responsibilities:

Assist with event preparation and promotion.
Manage administrative tasks.
Contribute to online growth initiatives.
Support the organization and execution of events at venues such as the Waldorf Astoria in Amsterdam and Chateau St. Gerlach in Maastricht.
Participate in prominent expos such as the Master Expo in Amsterdam and the film festival in Cannes.

What we are looking for:

Excellent social and communication skills.
Efficient in managing ad-hoc tasks and priorities.
Knowledge of or willingness to quickly learn AI/ChatGPT tools.
Outstanding proficiency in Microsoft Office with strong attention to detail.
Proactive in calendar and time management.
Flexible with working hours and willing to work weekends during events.
Preferably based in South Holland.
