You develop and lead well-considered marketing strategies that strengthen our authority as the go-to real estate partner for Dutch-speaking investors, both online through social media, SEO, and campaigns, and offline through events and branding. Your responsibilities:

As PR & Social Media Marketing Associate at Dubai-Property.nl, you are the driving force behind our online presence and lead generation:

  • Developing and executing marketing campaigns via social media, Google Ads, our website, and offline channels (such as billboards)
  • Optimizing SEO and SEA to increase our online visibility
  • Creating content that resonates with our target audience
  • Analyzing campaign performance and adjusting where needed
  • Drafting a clear marketing plan with measurable results

What we are looking for:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a comparable marketing role
  • Proven experience in leading and collaborating within marketing teams
  • Thorough knowledge of SEO, SEA, and various marketing channels
  • Hands-on mentality and the ability to work independently
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in execution
