The new park is described as "authentically Disney, yet distinctly Emirati" - a unique blend of Disney's stories and characters combined with the cultural richness and forward-thinking vision of Abu Dhabi. It is expected to become the most technologically advanced Disney park ever, with largely covered zones to ensure comfort in the region's warm climate.

A partnership built on success

The project is fully developed, built and operated by Miral, while Disney's renowned Imagineering team provides creative design and operational oversight. This collaboration follows the successful model of Tokyo Disneyland, combining local expertise with Disney's global standards.

Although the exact opening date has not yet been announced, official sources suggest the park will likely open between 2030 and 2032.
